Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may take slightly longer. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package in real time.
Shipping Time & Delivery
Our products are shipped using standard international and domestic carriers. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination and local postal conditions:
- United States: 7–15 business days
 - Europe & Canada: 10–20 business days
 - Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
 - Other Regions: 12–25 business days
 
Please note that holidays or customs inspections may occasionally cause delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these rare situations.
Shipping Fees
We offer free standard shipping on most orders above the minimum purchase amount displayed at checkout. For smaller orders or express delivery requests, shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method.
Tracking Your Order
After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also check your shipment status anytime by visiting the Order Tracking page in your account. If your tracking number doesn’t show updates immediately, please allow 1–3 days for carrier systems to refresh.
International Shipping & Customs
We proudly ship worldwide. However, depending on your country’s customs regulations, additional duties or taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Customs policies differ widely, so please contact your local customs office for more information.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the correct address and any additional postage fees are provided. Unfortunately, once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
Lost or Delayed Packages
In rare cases where a package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact our customer service team. We will work closely with the carrier to locate your shipment. If the issue cannot be resolved, we will arrange a suitable replacement or refund according to our Refund & Returns Policy.
