1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for most apparel items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
 - All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
 - The item is not a clearance, final-sale, or hygiene-sensitive product (such as undergarments or socks).
 
Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a full refund or exchange.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team via email at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed, we’ll provide detailed instructions and a return shipping address.
Please do not send items back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed or refunded.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your receipt as proof of shipment. We are not responsible for lost or untraceable return packages.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the issue and your order number. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and item availability.
5. Refund Processing
After your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.
Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item with a different size or style, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
7. Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of purchase. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return after it arrives.
